Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets Ensure optimal utilization of manpower machines and materials Monitor and control production processes cycle times and rejections Coordinate with Quality Maintenance and Stores departments for smooth workflow Implement and maintain 5S Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor Maintain accurate records of production reports downtime and daily performance metrics Ensure that safety and housekeeping standards are strictly followed Identify process improvements to reduce cost and increase productivity Train and guide operators and team members to achieve performance and quality goals Support new product development and process trials when required Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B E B Tech in Mechanical Production Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering 3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or machining industry CNC VMC Assembly Sheet Metal preferred Strong knowledge of production planning process control and quality systems Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 32 000 00 - 38 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
