Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our Mumbai team The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates for various overseas job requirements and coordinating with sub-agents clients and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely recruitment operations Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals social media and recruitment sub-agents Screen evaluate and shortlist candidates based on job requirements shared by clients Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients online and offline Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports accurately Follow up with candidates for documentation medicals and visa processing Coordinate with the head office and client representatives to ensure all recruitment activities are completed on schedule Support mobilization and deployment processes as needed Achieve assigned recruitment targets within deadlines Requirements 1-3 years of experience in recruitment overseas recruitment experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiar with online job portals and sourcing methods Good computer knowledge MS Office and email communication Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple job requirements simultaneously Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
