Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Academic Telecaller to join our team The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information about academic programs assist with admissions and follow up on student inquiries Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities in the IT sector Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain academic programs and services Conduct individual and group counseling sessions Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams for seamless student onboarding Provide detailed information about course offerings and institute policies Assist in the enrollment process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed Develop and maintain positive relationships with students parents and staff Use MS Office particularly advanced Excel for data management reporting and analysis Counsel students and parents on suitable educational programs based on their interests Qualifications Strong knowledge of the IT industry and various career paths within it Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Female candidates only as specified Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
