Service Provider s Responsibilities The service provider should ensure the resources are willing to work on Night shifts US Shift and should be adaptable to work Return to office work from office mandatory - therefore Bangalore-based candidates ONLY Exposure to a US contact centre is preferable Rotational work week can be Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun Both ways a cab facility is provided within a radius Beloware skilled resources from time to time as appropriate Contact Centre Operations Customer support Inbound and Outbound calls to US-based candidates to screen them for the client s hiring requirement Recording the outcome of the call on tool Excellent Comm skills Be ready to work in US hours Shifts varying from 5 PM IST to 7 AM IST Exposure to US contact centre preferable Work from the Office is mandatory Weekend working Job Type Full-time Shift availability Night Shift Required Work Location In person
