Job Summary The Surveillance Observation Executive is responsible for monitoring live CCTV footage identifying irregular activities ensuring adherence to company policies at store and warehouse locations and reporting any suspicious or non-compliant behavior The role plays a key part in loss prevention operational discipline and overall safety Key Responsibilities Monitor real-time CCTV footage across stores warehouse and office premises Identify and report any suspicious activities policy violations or operational gaps Track daily attendance grooming standards customer-handling behavior and store hygiene through surveillance Observe cash counter operations billing accuracy cash-handling practices and safety protocols Monitor stock movement loading unloading activities and packaging to prevent pilferage or mishandling Prepare and share daily weekly observation reports with the HR Operations and Loss Prevention teams Provide evidence-based observations for HR disciplinary cases and compliance audits Maintain proper documentation of incidents with date time stamps and video snapshots Escalate critical observations immediately to the concerned manager Ensure that all surveillance systems are functioning properly and report any technical issues Required Skills Competencies Strong attention to detail and observational skills Ability to identify irregularities and potential risks proactively Good communication and report-writing skills Basic understanding of store operations cash handling and inventory movement Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with confidentiality Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance tools preferred Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass graduate preferred Prior experience in CCTV monitoring loss prevention or surveillance operations is an advantage Basic computer proficiency Excel email report drafting Work Workplace Office-based role with continuous CCTV monitoring Requires shift flexibility based on operational requirements Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Contract length 6 months Pay 5 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
