Founder s Office Growth Office We are looking for a dynamic and high-ownership individual to work closely with the Founder and leadership team driving initiatives that accelerate brand growth strategic partnerships and market positioning The ideal candidate will be proactive agile and strong in execution capable of representing the organization across events nurturing communities and supporting high-impact initiatives across departments Key Responsibilities Work directly with the Founder on strategic growth initiatives and brand expansion plans Build and nurture high-value relationships with clients partners investors and industry leaders Organize coordinate and represent the company at events conferences CEO roundtables and networking forums Drive internal external communication to strengthen brand morale culture and business visibility Manage WhatsApp and community-based nurturing funnels and engagement initiatives Support content strategy including social media posts founder-driven storytelling and campaign execution Track performance metrics collect insights and prepare reports presentations and briefs for decision making Conduct research on market trends competition and emerging opportunities Collaborate with sales marketing teams to align brand positioning with revenue goals Qualifications Bachelor s degree 1-3 years of experience in growth business development marketing public relations or consulting Exceptional communication networking and presentation skills Strong organizational planning and coordination capabilities Comfortable in a rapid-moving high-ownership environment Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines CRM digital content tools experience preferred Event planning or community-building experience is a strong advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 19 000 00 per month Work Location In person
