Key Responsibilities Collect blood and other biological samples urine swabs etc from patients of all age ranges with proper technique and adherence to safety protocols Conduct home sample collection visits while maintaining punctuality professionalism and patient comfort Verify patient identity explain procedures and ensure informed consent before collection Label store and transport samples accurately to maintain specimen integrity Follow strict hygiene sterilization and infection-control guidelines Maintain patient records requisition forms and collection logs accurately Handle anxious pediatric geriatric or special-needs patients with care and empathy Ensure proper use and maintenance of phlebotomy equipment Coordinate with the laboratory and clinic team for timely sample processing Required Skills Qualifications Certified or trained in phlebotomy or medical laboratory techniques Robust understanding of venipuncture capillary puncture and safe collection practices Excellent communication patient-handling and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently during home visits and manage time efficiently Knowledge of basic medical terminology and lab safety Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location In person
