Documentation Develop review and maintain quality management system documents such as SOPs work instructions and Device History Records DHR Manage document control procedures including the creation revision and distribution of technical and project-related documents Organize and maintain records including audit reports customer feedback and manufacturing records like Material Traceability Reports MTRs Provide documentation support during internal and external audits Assist in training colleagues on proper documentation procedures Shop Floor Management Monitor and manage day-to-day activities on the production floor to ensure a continuous workflow Oversee production activities to ensure adherence to work orders quality standards and delivery timelines Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on the shop floor to ensure products meet specifications Monitor the maintenance and calibration of production equipment Implement and maintain best practices such as 5S Kaizen and lean manufacturing principles Analyze production data and report on key performance indicators KPIs to management Coordinate with production logistics and other departments to resolve issues and optimize processes Job Type Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
