Networking Administrator 4 Years Experience Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Networking Administrator to manage and secure the IT infrastructure of our workspace The ideal professional will have strong hands-on expertise in firewalls switches VPN configurations CCTV systems and biometric access devices This role ensures that every connection digital or physical runs smoothly securely and without interruptions Key Responsibilities Install configure and maintain network devices including firewalls switches routers and access points Configure and manage VPNs ensuring secure remote access and stable connectivity Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to IP conflicts connectivity failures hardware errors and access limitations Identify track and manage IP addresses subnets VLANs and routing configurations Monitor network performance detect anomalies and ensure high uptime Install manage and maintain CCTV systems NVRs DVRs and surveillance software Configure and support biometric access systems card-based entry and attendance devices Maintain network security protocols and implement best practices to prevent breaches Collaborate with service providers vendors and internal teams for escalations and upgrades Maintain documentation of network diagrams device inventories and configuration logs Provide technical support to staff and ensure prompt issue resolution Conduct periodic audits of security and network devices to ensure compliance and performance Required Experience Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in network administration security systems and IT support Skills Qualifications Strong understanding of networking fundamentals TCP IP DNS DHCP VLANs routing Proven experience with firewalls Cisco Fortinet Sophos MikroTik etc Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting switches and Layer 2 Layer 3 networks Proficiency with VPN setup administration Site-to-Site Remote Access Experience handling CCTV NVR DVR systems and surveillance software Knowledge of biometric access systems RFID card-based entry devices Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze diagnose and resolve issues efficiently Excellent documentation and communication skills Certifications like CCNA Network Fortinet NSE or CCTV Access Control training are an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
