Job Summary The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients ensuring that all nursing practices align with established standards and protocols This role involves direct patient care administering medications performing medical procedures and assisting in patient assessments Key Responsibilities Patient Care Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the established nursing care plan Monitor and assess patients condition documenting changes and communicating them to the medical team Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per physician orders Assist patients with daily activities such as feeding bathing dressing and mobility Provide emotional support to patients and families during treatment and recovery Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate up-to-date and confidential patient records Record and report patients symptoms progress and responses to treatment Prepare and update nursing care plans based on ongoing patient assessments Collaboration and Communication Work closely with doctors specialists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care Communicate effectively with patients families and team members Participate in team meetings and provide input on patient care planning Patient Safety and Infection Control Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient safety during medical procedures Ensure the proper handling of medical equipment and the maintenance of a clean safe environment Adhere to all health and safety standards ensuring that all medical procedures are conducted in a safe and compliant manner Patient Education Educate patients and families on health management treatment plans and post-care instructions Provide support and guidance to patients regarding their recovery process Emergency Response Be prepared to respond to emergencies administering first aid or CPR as necessary Assist with code blue or other emergency situations following protocols effectively Qualifications Education Registered Nurse RN with a Bachelor s Degree in Nursing BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing ADN Licensure Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse RN Experience Minimum of insert years experience in a clinical or hospital setting if applicable Certifications Basic Life Support BLS certification required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support ACLS may be required depending on the unit Skills Proficient in patient care techniques and nursing procedures Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare teams Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions in emergency care scenarios Knowledge of healthcare regulations patient confidentiality and ethical standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand walk and move around the hospital or healthcare facility for extended periods Ability to lift and assist patients as necessary may require lifting up to insert weight Ability to work shifts including nights weekends and holidays if required Working Conditions Work in a clinical or hospital setting with exposure to contagious diseases hazardous materials and physical demands May be required to work in high-stress environments and under emergency conditions Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Language Hindi Required Work Location In person
