Key Responsibilities Client Outreach Identify and engage schools colleges coaching centers and training institutes for potential partnerships Business Development Execute outreach campaigns and strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Stakeholder Engagement Build trusted relationships with decision-makers such as principals academic heads and management Product Presentation Deliver impactful demos and pitches tailored to client needs Deal Closure Lead negotiations and finalize agreements ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term success Market Awareness Stay updated on education trends and client feedback to refine outreach strategies Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation and customer needs Reporting CRM Maintain accurate records of leads meetings and sales activities in the CRM Provide regular reports on pipeline status and key metrics Candidate Requirements Education Bachelor s degree required MBA or equivalent preferred Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales and FMCG are welcome Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills able to present professionally to school authorities and senior stakeholders Sales Skills Proven negotiation and deal-closing ability Self-Starter High initiative target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment Team Player Able to work independently while collaborating across departments Travel Ready Willing to travel for client meetings demos and education industry events as needed Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
