Summary You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International s Corporate Strategies and brand standards whilst meeting employee guest and owner expectations The Director of Human Resources is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt s People Philosophy throughout the hotel Qualifications Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM HRD or Hospitality Tourism management Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of HR or HR Manager in larger operation Positive problem solving administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
