About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Professional with robust knowledge of statutory compliance The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of CA experience and demonstrate leadership qualities to manage processes and guide the team effectively Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements GST TDS PF PT Income Tax etc Prepare and finalize financial statements MIS reports and reconciliations Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and regulatory bodies Monitor cash flow budgets and financial planning Lead and mentor junior team members ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting tasks Suggest process improvements for financial operations Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 2 year of post-qualification experience Strong knowledge of accounting standards statutory laws and compliance Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficiency in accounting software Tally ERP systems Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities Prefer near by location Andheri Male Candidate eligible only Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
