Job Title Bakery Factory Technician - Engineering Department Engineering Maintenance Location Edapally Reports To Technical Head Job Summary The Bakery Factory Technician - Engineering is responsible for the maintenance troubleshooting and repair of mechanical electrical and automation systems used in bakery production This role ensures that all equipment and utilities function efficiently to support smooth factory operations Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and servicing of bakery machinery such as ovens mixers dough sheeters conveyors proofers and packing equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and automation faults Support installation and commissioning of new bakery equipment and utility systems Maintain records of maintenance work breakdown reports and spare parts usage Ensure minimal downtime by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain logs Work closely with production teams to optimize machine performance and reduce wastage Monitor and maintain electrical panels motors VFDs sensors and control systems Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards Assist in energy and utility monitoring electricity water gas etc Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the maintenance areas Qualifications Skills ITI Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related technical field 2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferably in a food or bakery factory Hands-on experience in maintenance of bakery or food processing equipment Knowledge of PLC-based systems electrical wiring and troubleshooting Basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and documentation Ability to work in shifts and under pressure in a fast-paced production environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
