We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer with a solid background in designing resorts banquets and sports complexes The ideal candidate will bring creativity technical expertise and project management skills to transform concepts into captivating usable spaces aligned with client visions and project goals Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts for high-end resorts banquets and sports facilities Prepare mood boards material palettes detailed drawings and 3D visualizations Collaborate with architects project managers and clients to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution Select appropriate materials finishes furniture lighting and accessories in alignment with budget and functionality Oversee site execution coordinate with vendors and contractors and conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to design Ensure compliance with relevant building codes safety standards and accessibility requirements Requirements Bachelor s degree in Interior Design or Architecture Master s is a plus Minimum 5 years of proven experience in designing interiors for resorts banquet halls and sports complexes Proficient in design software AutoCAD SketchUp 3Ds Max V-Ray Adobe Creative Suite etc Strong visualization and presentation skills Excellent project management communication and team collaboration skills Knowledge of latest materials trends and sustainable design practices Preferred Qualities Passion for hospitality and recreational design Keen eye for detail space planning and user experience Understanding of acoustic lighting and ergonomic considerations in large spaces Job Type Full-time Pay 90 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Interior design 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
