Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled CFO to oversee our company s financial strategy planning and compliance The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in accounting and taxation with strategic leadership to drive business growth optimize resources and ensure compliance with financial regulations Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Planning Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company s goals Budgeting Forecasting Prepare annual budgets financial forecasts and variance analysis to support decision-making Financial Reporting Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards Taxation Compliance Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws corporate filings and statutory audits Cash Flow Treasury Management Monitor working capital manage liquidity and optimize banking relationships Risk Management Identify financial risks implement internal controls and develop mitigation strategies Fundraising Investor Relations Manage capital raising efforts debt equity liaise with investors auditors and regulatory bodies Team Leadership Lead and mentor the finance accounts team to ensure accuracy accountability and efficiency Business Partnering Work closely with other departments to evaluate financial performance and support operational strategies Qualifications Skills Qualified Chartered Accountant CA with at least 10-15 years of post-qualification experience including senior leadership roles Proven track record as a CFO Head of Finance or senior finance leader in industry - e g manufacturing IT start-ups etc Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards Ind AS Companies Act Income Tax GST and FEMA regulations Hands-on experience in financial modeling MIS reporting ERP systems and compliance management Key Competencies Strategic vision with operational excellence Integrity transparency and professional ethics Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound financial decisions Proactiveness in identifying opportunities and risks for the business Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 85 000 00 - 95 000 00 per month Work Location In person
