Job Title Field Sales Executive Location Kozhikode Kerala Company Ojin Bakes About Us Ojin Bakes is a fast-growing bakery and confectionery brand in Kozhikode known for delivering fresh high-quality baked goods and innovative products We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence and strengthen customer relationships Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients including supermarkets retailers cafes and distributors Promote and sell Ojin Bakes product range to achieve monthly sales targets Maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback monitor competitor activities and identify recent opportunities Ensure timely delivery coordination with the operations team Maintain accurate records of sales customer interactions and market insights Assist in executing promotional campaigns and product sampling activities Report daily weekly sales performance to the Sales Manager Requirements Proven experience in field sales preferably in FMCG bakery or food beverage sector Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to travel within Kozhikode and nearby areas Minimum qualification Plus Two Diploma Graduation preferred Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory What We Offer Competitive salary performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding brand Training and skill development support Employee discounts on Ojin Bakes products Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 per month Work Location In person
