Job Title Business Development Manager - IT Location Bangalore India Experience 5 years Employment Type Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our IT services team in Bangalore The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the IT domain Key Responsibilities Identify pursue and close new business opportunities in IT services and solutions Develop and maintain solid relationships with key clients and stakeholders Prepare and deliver compelling proposals presentations and pitches tailored to client needs Collaborate with the delivery and technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met Conduct market research to identify trends competitor offerings and new opportunities in the IT sector Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients to maximize profitability Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities and regularly report progress to senior management Represent the company at industry events conferences and client meetings Key Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science Business Administration or related field 5 years of proven experience in IT business development sales or account management Strong understanding of IT services software development cloud solutions and emerging technologies Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently manage multiple clients and achieve sales targets Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Familiarity with CRM tools e g Salesforce HubSpot is a plus Desired Skills Proven track record of successfully closing deals and generating revenue in the IT industry Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients Strong networking skills within the IT industry in Bangalore and across India Target-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 32 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience IT Domain 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
