Job Title Legal Advisor Location SCO 107 -108 -109 office 407 Sector 34A Chandigarh 160022 Employment Type Full time Experience - 3 to 5 yrs in high court Department Legal Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance and support on a wide range of matters The Legal Advisor will play a key role in ensuring that the organization s operations are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations This includes drafting and reviewing contracts mitigating legal risks and representing the company in legal matters Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support to management and various departments Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and other legal documents Ensure the company complies with applicable laws regulations and internal policies Advise on corporate governance regulatory issues intellectual property employment law and other legal topics Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation including preparing legal documents and representing the organization in hearings if necessary Conduct legal research and keep up to date with legislative changes Assist in developing internal policies and procedures to minimize legal risk Requirements Bachelor s degree in Law LL B or equivalent a Master s degree or Juris Doctor JD is preferred License to practice law in 3-4 years of legal experience preferably in high court Strong knowledge of corporate labor and contract law Excellent analytical research and negotiation skills High level of integrity professionalism and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
