Job Title RMC Plant Head Industry Real Estate Construction High-Rise Buildings Employment Type Full time Job Summary The RMC Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing the operation maintenance and quality control of the Ready-Mix Concrete RMC plant catering to high-rise building projects This role ensures uninterrupted production supply and dispatch of concrete as per project requirements while maintaining cost efficiency safety and compliance with quality standards Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the RMC plant Ensure timely production and dispatch of concrete as per project schedules Monitor raw material inventory cement aggregates admixtures water and coordinate procurement Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure concrete meets IS codes and project specifications Coordinate with project teams site engineers and contractors for concrete supply planning Supervise plant maintenance breakdown handling and ensure minimum downtime Optimize plant performance and operational costs Lead and manage plant staff drivers and batching personnel Maintain all statutory compliance safety norms and environmental regulations Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on production consumption and cost Requirements Bachelors Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering 10 - 15 years of experience in RMC plant operations preferably in high-rise building construction Strong knowledge of concrete technology mix design and IS standards Experience in handling batching plant software automation systems Excellent leadership team management and problem-solving skills Strong coordination skills with site and procurement teams Knowledge of safety statutory and environmental guidelines for RMC plants Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 70 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance
