JOB SUMMARY Redporch Nest Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman to join our team in Thrikkakara The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 2D and 3D drawings preparing permit drawings and delivering detailed civil design documents using AutoCAD and Revit The role also requires working knowledge of the K-SMART website for uploading and managing permit applications Key Responsibilities Prepare 2D drawings 3D models and permit drawings for civil and architectural projects Draft and detail structural architectural and site layout drawings as per project requirements Develop precise technical drawings using AutoCAD 2D 3D and Revit Ensure compliance of drawings with local authority regulations and company standards Upload and manage permit drawings through the K-SMART portal Collaborate with engineers architects and project managers for accuracy and design changes Maintain systematic drawing records revisions and documentation Qualification - Diploma or Degree in civil engineering proven experience as a civil Draftsman Experience in preparing permit drawing Experience in preparing permit drawings Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
