Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes including but not limited to Cantonese Sichuan Hunan and Beijing-style cuisines Develop new menu items and specials in line with the restaurant s concept and customer preferences Ensure all dishes are prepared to high standards of taste presentation and consistency Monitor food stock levels and order ingredients as needed Maintain a clean organised and safe kitchen environment Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards Collaborate with restaurant management to plan menus estimate food requirements and control costs Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times Manage kitchen operations during busy hours and ensure smooth service delivery Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
