Company Sun Chem India Location Goregaon Mumbai Job Summary Sun Chem India is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in plant-level hiring to support our growing team at our cosmetics manufacturing unit The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in blue- and white-collar recruitment preferably in a manufacturing or plant setup Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions production QC maintenance etc Source candidates through various channels - job portals references agencies and local networks Screen interview and coordinate selection processes Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new hires Support other HR operational functions as needed Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in HR Management or related field Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in plant industrial hiring Proven knowledge of blue-collar hiring contract staffing and local manpower sourcing Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently under minimal supervision Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice preferred Salary To be discussed during the interview - based on experience and skill set Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Application Question s What is your current CTC What is your salary expectation Experience Recruiting 1 year Required Work Location In person
