Job Summary The Room Sales Executive is responsible for driving room revenue by proactively selling hotel accommodations building strong relationships with corporate clients travel agents and individual guests and ensuring maximum occupancy The role requires excellent communication skills negotiation ability and a strong customer service mindset Key Responsibilities Identify develop and maintain relationships with current and existing corporate clients travel agents and OTA partners Achieve monthly and yearly room sales targets as defined by management Conduct sales calls client meetings and property visits to promote hotel facilities and rooms Negotiate contracts and prepare proposals rate agreements and corporate packages Monitor competitor activities market trends and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies Maintain a database of corporate accounts travel agents and group bookings Coordinate with the front office and reservations team to ensure smooth handling of guest bookings Participate in sales promotions exhibitions and networking events to enhance brand visibility Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales reports for management review Key Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good negotiation and presentation abilities Target-driven and results-oriented Knowledge of hospitality sales techniques and local market trends Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS systems Opera Fidelio preferred Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field 1-3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered Fluency in English knowledge of local languages is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
