Site Monitoring and Progress Tracking Conduct regular site visits to observe construction activities verify progress against the project schedule and document milestones Issue Resolution Identify and address potential problems defects or delays and coordinate with the relevant teams to find solutions and keep the project on track Stakeholder Coordination Communicate and coordinate with architects engineers contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion Reporting Prepare and present reports on project progress site conditions and any issues encountered to supervising engineers or project managers Quality Assurance Work to ensure that construction activities meet design specifications and quality standards Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Advantages Flexible schedule Provident Fund Work Location In person
