Facilities Coordinator for Expats Domestic Maintenance Services in Mumbai This position is for TENANCY MANAGEMENT It is about administration and coordination of the variety of Maintenance Upkeep services for the Expat Houses in Mumbai individual apartments spread over various locations The services include AC AMC Pest Control AMC Electrical Carpentry Plumbing troubleshooting services delivery of water jars and other services Housekeeping etc Role and Responsibility Review the ongoing work of various services we offer to customers maintenance housekeeping apartment and office set-up etc at various residential premises Quality check and lead a team of supervisors technicians Coordinate and Improve vendors management Review the client relations management by team Make SoPs and SoWs Keep watch on policy followed by the team The job involves in office visits as well as desk work- around 70 desk work from the office 30 fieldwork Record Data keeping Scheduling Educational Qualification and Experience Required Bachelor s Degree is MUST 0-2 years of work experience in administration facility management is preferred English skills verbal and written are a must our clients are foreigners Good skills in message email writing Excel word are a must Multi-tasking Peoples management Hands-on with general PC and software usage Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have experience in team management or facility management Education Bachelor s Required Experience Coordination 1 year Preferred Administration 1 year Preferred Language English Required Location Powai Mumbai Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
