About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Nagpur The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations ensure accurate financial records and assist in compliance with statutory requirements such as GST and TDS Key Responsibilities Maintain daily accounting records including sales purchase banking and general ledger entries Prepare and manage invoices and ensure timely recording of all transactions Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash Calculate prepare and file TDS returns accurately and on time Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes Collaborate with management for financial reporting and audits Required Skills Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Proficiency in accounting software Tally QuickBooks or similar Strong knowledge of TDS GST and invoicing processes Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Positive communication skills and ability to work independently Education Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance Preferred Familiarity with local accounting compliance in Nagpur Local candidates are preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
