As a Lead Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in guiding and managing projects You will be accountable for overseeing project activities ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing guidance to project management professionals Your strong guiding skills technical expertise and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering projects on time within budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders Key Responsibilities Drive execute a monthly SIOP process across Projects GBEs with a Goal to achieve - 1 Census variance Say Do End to end ownership and improvement of the SIOP process for Project Solutions Collaborate with the stakeholders including Project Solutions teams across GBEs TA HR Finance to ensure the SIOP process and census recommendations are aligned prior to leadership discussions Ownership of the SIOP governance and forecasting ofworkforce demand supply in line with the revenue engineer dashboard for the project engineering organization Develop SIOP model for other Project Solutions personas Program Management Project Controls and Proposals Estimates Collaborate with the Project Engineering Leader and Business HR Leader ensuring the organization is right sized and has the appropriate skills across the regions to support the demand Own the requisition management and approvals for all Projects GBEs in line with the revenue engineer dashboard recommendations Scope may be increased to include all Project Solution personas Lead the integration of the skills into SIOP dashboard ensuring staffing capacity planning is aligned with band location skills YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or related roles Prior experience in a guide project management role Strong guiding and team management skills Excellent communication and people-oriented skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficient in project management software and tools Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities WE VALUE Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or related field Project management certification e g PMP Experience in guiding and managing projects of varying complexity Knowledge of project management methodologies Ability to adapt to changing project requirements Strong thoughtful and critical thinking skills Ability to motivate and inspire team members Honeywell helps organizations solve the world s most complex challenges in automation the future of aviation and energy transition As a trusted partner we provide actionable solutions and innovation through our Aerospace Technologies Building Automation Energy and Sustainability Solutions and Industrial Automation business segments - powered by our Honeywell Forge software - that help make the world smarter safer and more sustainable
