We are seeking a reliable and organized Backend Executive to support our real estate operations This role involves handling administrative and data management tasks that ensure smooth internal processes documentation accuracy and timely communication between departments The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills attention to detail and experience in a real estate workplace Job Responsibilities Required Skills Manage and coordinate daily operations of multiple commercial and residential properties including maintenance leasing and tenant relations Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling maintenance repairs addressing tenant inquiries and complaints and coordinating documentation for move-ins and move-outs Maintain accurate records and reports for property operations ensure all documentation is complete and properly filed by property and year Collaborate with property owners tenants and vendors to ensure smooth operations and project management Ability to source quotes from Electrical Engineers Mechanical Engineers Civil Engineers Architectural Engineers follow-up negotiate and co-ordinate the information obtained Ideal Candidate Attributes Strong organizational and communication skills A background or familiarity with property management or real estate industry practices preferred but not required Ability to interpret zoning regulations floor plans and understand the legal implications of violations related to city regulations and building codes Prior experience in an architectural office civil engineering firm or construction company as an administrator would be a valuable asset Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Location Panchkula Haryana Required Shift availability Night Shift Required Overnight Shift Required Work Location In person
