Contact to HR Whatsapp (phone hidden) or mail hr ajitbakery in Job Purpose To support the Dispatch Incharge in planning coordinating and overseeing the night shift dispatch operations ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods as per company standards - Key Responsibilities 1 Dispatch Coordination Assist in executing the daily dispatch plan for finished goods during night shift Coordinate with production warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth outbound movement 2 Documentation Records Ensure proper documentation for all dispatches including challans invoices and gate passes Maintain dispatch records vehicle logs and loading unloading details 3 Loading Supervision Oversee loading of goods as per delivery schedule and route plan Verify quantity and packaging before loading 4 Vehicle Management Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle availability and dispatch timelines Ensure proper sealing and documentation before vehicle departure 5 Inventory Support Assist in stock tally of finished goods in dispatch area Monitor and report stock discrepancies immediately to seniors 6 Compliance Safety Ensure adherence to company policies safety protocols and hygiene standards during dispatch Report any incidents or delays during the night shift to management 7 Team Coordination Guide and manage loading staff helpers during shift hours Maintain discipline and operational flow within the dispatch team Requirements Qualification Graduate Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain or related field Experience 1-3 years in dispatch logistics operations preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sector Skills Basic knowledge of dispatch operations and documentation Familiar with MS Excel and inventory software ERP preferred Good communication and team coordination skills Willingness to work night shifts regularly Job Type Full time Pay 14 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
