Job Title Maintenance Technician Maintenance Staff Location Madurai Company Rathna Residency Job Type Full-Time Department Engineering Maintenance Schedule Rotational shifts Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general repair and maintenance duties for our property The ideal candidate will have a positive understanding of basic plumbing electrical carpentry and HVAC systems and will help ensure the smooth and safe operation of the facility Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems electrical fixtures and HVAC units Conduct inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues proactively Handle basic carpentry painting and minor construction work Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests Maintain and repair tools and equipment Keep maintenance logs and report usage of equipment and supplies Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Assist external contractors when required for specialized repairs Perform emergency repairs as needed to ensure minimal disruption to operations Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in general maintenance or a similar role hotel hospitality experience preferred Working knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC and general repairs Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physically fit and able to lift climb and perform manual tasks Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Contact (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
