Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented analytical and experienced Accountant to join our finance team The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records preparing reports reconciling bank statements and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial records including general ledger entries balance sheets and profit loss statements Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities Ensure compliance with statutory requirements e g GST TDS Income Tax Prepare financial reports and provide financial analysis to support decision-making Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation Process payroll and ensure proper statutory deductions and filings Monitor cash flow and banking transactions Maintain and update accounting systems and records e g Tally Zoho Books QuickBooks etc Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CA Inter CMA MBA in Finance is a plus Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role Above 3 years preferred Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally ERP Zoho Books QuickBooks Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards Familiarity with tax regulations GST filings and statutory compliance in India Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Valuable communication and organizational skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
