To design develop and review electrical systems and drawings for building services infrastructure or industrial projects ensuring compliance with applicable codes standards and project requirements Key Responsibilities 1 Electrical System Design Design electrical systems including lighting power distribution fire alarm and low current systems CCTV networking access control etc Prepare electrical load calculations single-line diagrams SLD panel schedules cable sizing and distribution layouts Design and coordinate internal and external electrical networks HV LV including substations and generator sizing if applicable 2 Drawing Documentation Develop design drawings using AutoCAD Revit or other electrical design software Prepare BOQs specifications and technical submittals for client and consultant approvals Revise drawings based on site conditions or client consultant comments 3 Codes Standards Compliance Ensure all designs are in accordance with relevant standards and codes such as IEC NEC IS DEWA SEWA or local authority regulations Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design principles where applicable e g LEED IGBC ECBC 4 Coordination Review Coordinate with other engineering disciplines mechanical civil structural for integrated design Review shop drawings as-built drawings and vendor documents for design compliance Provide design support to site execution teams and attend technical meetings with consultants and clients 5 Site Support Provide technical support during construction and installation Participate in site visits to verify implementation as per design Assist in resolving design-related issues raised by site engineers Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of electrical systems design lighting power ELV etc Proficient in AutoCAD Revit MEP Dialux Relux and ETAP or similar tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of electrical safety codes and building regulations Good communication and teamwork skills Qualifications Experience B E B Tech in Electrical Engineering 3-8 years of experience in electrical design preferably in MEP construction or infrastructure projects Experience in design consultancy or EPC firms preferred Knowledge of local authority approval procedures is a plu Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Design of electrical systems 3 years Required
