Location Remote Work From Home Job Type On contract Experience Required 3 years in civil structural drafting About Us We are a remote-first structural engineering consultancy working on residential commercial projects Our team collaborates across cloud platforms to deliver precise compliant and buildable designs We value quality accountability and continuous improvement Job Overview We are looking for a Lead Civil Draftsman with proven experience in preparing civil structural drawings managing drafting workflows and guiding junior draftsmen in a remote work setup You will be responsible for ensuring drawing accuracy maintaining CAD standards and coordinating with engineers and BIM staff for the timely delivery of design documents Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D drawings for structural civil projects Review and verify drawings before issuing to clients consultants Interpret sketches technical data and mark-ups from engineers Maintain drawing logs revision history and file organisation using cloud storage Lead and mentor junior drafters assign drafting tasks and review output Maintain and enforce drafting standards naming conventions and layer discipline Coordinate with engineers and the drafting team to resolve design drawing conflicts Communicate project progress and challenges proactively during online meetings or chats Work with standard drafting software AutoCAD Revit Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting Technology 3 years of experience in civil or structural drafting Strong proficiency in AutoCAD experience in Revit Familiarity with RCC drawings steel connections and site layout drawings Ability to lead small remote drafting teams effectively Reliable internet connection and work from home setup laptop PC with AutoCAD license headset etc Good communication skills and ability to work independently Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 6 months Pay From 12 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Application Question s Have you worked on US projects before Do you have leadership experience How will you lead the team of Jr Draftsmen Work Location Remote
