About Gokulam Grand Trivandrum Gokulam Grand Trivandrum is a distinguished 5-star luxury hotel offering exceptional hospitality and top-tier service standards We host a wide range of events from corporate functions to grand weddings and social gatherings We are looking for a driven and service-focused Banquet Executive to join our professional team Position Summary The Banquet Executive is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of banquet operations to ensure seamless execution of events This includes pre-event preparation on-site coordination and post-event follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to hotel service standards Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day banquet operations including setup service and breakdown Coordinate with clients event planners kitchen and service teams to ensure event requirements are met Supervise and guide banquet staff to ensure professional service and guest satisfaction Ensure proper setup of banquet halls as per event function sheets Monitor service quality and make real-time decisions to address any issues Maintain cleanliness hygiene and safety standards at all times Assist with planning and execution of banquet promotions and packages Ensure availability and proper functioning of equipment and supplies Generate daily reports feedback forms and coordinate billing with accounts Work closely with the sales and events team for smooth handovers and client engagement Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Banquet Executive in a 4- or 5-star hotel setting Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities Ability to manage a team and work under pressure Sound knowledge of banquet layouts service styles and event flow Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline is preferred Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and public holidays Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 264 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Deadline 10 08 2025 Expected Start Date 10 08 2025
