Key Responsibilities Execute and monitor all civil engineering activities at the site as per project specifications and drawings Coordinate with contractors subcontractors vendors and consultants to ensure project milestones are met Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with structural and safety standards Conduct site inspections surveys and quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet required standards Prepare and maintain project documentation such as daily reports progress reports material records and measurement sheets Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications resolve any discrepancies or design issues Ensure all work complies with local building codes safety regulations and environmental policies Assist in estimating quantities preparing BOQs and tracking resource requirements Liaise with architects structural consultants and MEP teams as needed Report progress delays and site issues to the Project Manager on a regular basis Requirements Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering 0-2 years of experience in site execution and construction residential commercial infrastructure projects preferred Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices materials and construction methodologies Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings Familiarity with MS Office AutoCAD and project management tools Good communication organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment Job Types Full time Fresher Pay From 18 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person Expected Start Date 28 07 2025
