client expectations You ll ob Title RPA Developer Experience 3 to 5 Years Location Bangalore Job positions 7 positions full time 3 contract to hire Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in designing developing and implementing automation solutions using Blue Prism Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities build efficient RPA solutions and support their deployment and maintenance in production environments Key Responsibilities Design develop test and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications Optimize and enhance existing automation solutions for better performance and scalability Maintain and support RPA bots in production including monitoring troubleshooting and incident resolution Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions Ensure compliance with best practices in RPA development including security scalability and maintainability Participate in code reviews solution design discussions and knowledge-sharing activities within the automation team Required Skills and Qualifications 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development Proficiency in Blue Prism including object and process layer development queue management and scheduling Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop formerly WinAutomation Experience building and integrating flows in Power Automate Cloud including connectors triggers and approvals Understanding of business process workflows and process optimization Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem including Office 365 SharePoint and Dataverse Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications Blue Prism Developer Certification Microsoft Power Platform certifications e g PL-500 Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Experience with scripting languages such as Python JavaScript or VBScript is a plus Exposure to other RPA tools e g UiPath Automation Anywhere is advantageous Your role as a
