Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records preparing reports and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets and profit loss accounts Handle accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries Ensure compliance with tax regulations GST TDS Income Tax etc Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes File monthly quarterly annual tax returns Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits Provide support in financial planning and decision-making Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role 1-3 years preferred Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian tax laws Proficiency in accounting software Tally Zoho Books QuickBooks etc Good Excel and MS Office skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organizational abilities Preferred Skills Knowledge of GST filing TDS compliance and ITR preparation Experience with ERP systems Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Job Type Full time Pay 16 107 22 - 68 431 43 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
