Job Requirements 1 Qualification Diploma B E Mechanical 2 Years of Experience 0 - 2 years 3 Technical Skills 1 Familiarity with measuring instruments Vernier pressure gauge weighing scale etc 2 Proficiency in Mechanical Drawings Reading and Understanding 3 Understanding of QMS processes 4 Strong observational and analytical skills 5 Ability to work in coordination with production and store teams 6 Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools 4 Behavioral Skills 1 Team w o r k 2 Management skills 3 Operations Management 4 Customer Centric 5 Positive Attitude 6 Target Oriented 7 Analytical Skills 8 Critical Thinking Key Responsibilities 1 Incoming Material Inspection Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials and bought-out components as per the inspection checklist Coordinate with the stores and purchase department for non-conformance 2 In-process Quality Checks Monitor quality during assembly welding powder coating and filling operations Check for compliance at each stage of production hydro testing nozzle fitment weight etc 3 Final Product Inspection Perform functional and aesthetic checks on finished extinguishers Ensure labeling pressure expiry date and serial numbers are as per standards 4 Testing Compliance Assist in periodic testing as per IS 15683 IS 2190 IS 16018 standards Maintain testing equipment calibration records 5 Documentation Maintain quality checklists test reports NCR reports and rejection data Assist in ISO BIS documentation and audits 6 Corrective Preventive Actions CAPA Record defects assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective measures Support 5S and Kaizen initiatives on the shop floor 7 Customer Complaints Support in investigating customer complaints and preparing feedback reports 8 Maintain accurate and organized project documentation 9 Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies 10 Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and methodologies 11 Perform other duties as assigned 12 Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
