Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to manage and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations The ideal candidate will coordinate with logistics vendors warehouses and sales teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries maintain accurate inventory records and provide regular updates to all stakeholders Key Responsibilities Vendor Coordination Liaise with multiple logistics vendors to negotiate the best costs and ensure timely deliveries Warehouse Interaction Coordinate with warehouses for inventory management and dispatch operations Sales Team Support Work closely with sales executives and coordinators to align logistics with sales timelines and requirements Logistics Optimization Identify and implement cost-effective and time-efficient transportation solutions Inventory Management Maintain daily stock in out entries and keep the stock sheet accurately updated Stock Audits Regularly reconcile physical stock with master stock sheets to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies Dispatch Monitoring Track and document all dispatches ensure the status is always up to date Stakeholder Communication Provide timely updates on shipments delays and stock movements to all relevant stakeholders Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management Strong understanding of logistics processes vendor management and inventory control Proficient in MS Excel and logistics management tools Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with ERP systems e g SAP Oracle Zoho Inventory Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
