Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Professional Female to lead and manage core HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership and play a key role in building a robust organizational culture Key Responsibilities Lead the recruitment process sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Manage employee lifecycle activities including induction appraisals exit formalities and retention strategies Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practices in alignment with company goals Handle employee engagement grievances and disciplinary procedures with sensitivity and professionalism Oversee payroll inputs leave management and statutory compliance coordination Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning training needs and performance evaluation Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure timely reporting Drive HR initiatives including diversity wellness programs and team-building activities Stay updated on labor laws and ensure full legal compliance Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 5 years of experience in core HR functions with leadership exposure Strong knowledge of HR policies labor laws and statutory requirements Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software HRMS platforms Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong organizational and leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT telecom or service-based industries is an advantage Certification in HR e g SHRM PHR CHRM is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience Human resources 4 years Required Work Location In person
