Leveza Foods Company is a fast-growing frozen food brand passionate about delivering quality and convenience to customers across regions We re expanding our logistics operations and looking for a smart and energetic Logistics coordinator to support our growing backend team Key Responsibilities Customer Vendor Follow-Up - Regularly follow up with customers for delivery confirmation feedback and updates - Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of raw materials and packaging items - Maintain strong communication and relationship with both parties Driver Vehicle Coordination - Assign delivery schedules and routes to drivers - Ensure proper vehicle documentation and availability - Monitor deliveries and handle any delays or issues Documentation Records Management - Prepare and manage delivery challans invoices e-way bills and dispatch reports - Maintain up-to-date records of stock movement inward outward registers and trip logs - Assist in physical stock verification and daily dispatch planning - Coordinate with production and sales teams for order planning - Ensure compliance with food safety and logistics protocols - Support logistics cost control and tracking - Assist in ERP data entry related to logistics - Help improve efficiency and accuracy in the dispatch process Requirements Warehouse Inventory Support Other Responsibilities Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Commerce or a related field 1-3 years of relevant work experience in logistics dispatch FMCG or frozen food preferred Proficient in MS Excel Google Sheets and basic ERP operations Excellent communication follow-up and coordination skills Ability to multitask stay organized and work under pressure Familiarity with local routes transport regulations and basic GST e-way bill process is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary package Learning and growth opportunities in a fast-growing company Supportive work workplace Performance-based incentives Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
