About the Role We are a leading jewelry findings company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planning and Control PPC Manager Executive to join our team In this pivotal role you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our production planning processes ensuring efficient resource utilization timely order fulfillment and seamless coordination across various departments If you have a strong background in manufacturing exceptional planning capabilities and are a master of Excel we encourage you to apply Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive production plans schedules and forecasts to meet customer demand and optimize production capacity Monitor production progress against plans identify deviations and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met Manage inventory levels of raw materials work-in-progress and finished goods to minimize waste and optimize stockholding costs Collaborate closely with sales procurement and production teams to ensure alignment on production priorities and resolve any bottlenecks Analyze production data identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times Utilize advanced Excel functionalities e g pivot tables VLOOKUP macros to manage data create reports and develop planning tools Develop and maintain key performance indicators KPIs for production planning and control reporting regularly on performance Oversee the effective allocation of resources including labor machinery and materials Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout the production process Lead and mentor a team of production planners fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related field 6-7 years of progressive experience in production planning and control within a manufacturing environment preferably in the jewelry or precision manufacturing sector Demonstrated expertise in production planning methodologies capacity planning and inventory management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must including the ability to develop complex spreadsheets analyze data and automate tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership abilities Proven ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced dynamic environment Experience with ERP MRP systems is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 20 954 68 - 42 574 67 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
