Job Title Performance Marketing Executive Location Navi Mumbai Department Marketing Reports To Performance Marketing Manager Head of Marketing Employment Type Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team You will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition engagement and conversions Key Responsibilities Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram LinkedIn YouTube and more Monitor and optimize campaigns for key performance metrics CPC CPA ROAS CTR etc Conduct A B testing on creatives ad copy and landing pages Work with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives Perform keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign efficiency Analyze performance data and generate reports to provide actionable insights Collaborate with SEO social media product and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies Keep up-to-date with industry trends platform changes and best practices Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads Facebook Meta Ads and programmatic media Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics Meta Business Manager and Data Studio Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools e g HubSpot Marketo Salesforce Knowledge of attribution models and conversion tracking Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Language English Required Work Location In person Application Deadline 05 08 2025
