We are looking for an experienced SAP Reporting Specialist to develop, maintain, and optimize SAP reports and dashboards. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP reporting tools, business processes, and data analysis to support management with accurate and timely reports.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SAP reports (standard and customized).

Create MIS reports for management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Design dashboards and KPIs for warehouse, logistics, finance, and operations.

Analyze SAP data and identify discrepancies.

Generate inventory, dispatch, billing, procurement, and financial reports.

Automate repetitive reports wherever possible.

Work with users to understand reporting requirements and convert them into SAP reports.

Ensure data accuracy and maintain report documentation.





Support SAP users with reporting-related issues.

Coordinate with SAP consultants for enhancements and new developments.

Train end users on SAP reporting.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA)

SAP Report Painter/Writer

SAP Query

SAP BW/BI (preferred)

SAP Fiori reporting (preferred)

Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot)

SQL knowledge (preferred)

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
