Job Description:
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified IT professionals across various technologies. The recruiter should have a strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
- Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on current IT technologies, hiring trends, and market conditions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IT recruitment and technical roles.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Monster.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.




- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Good understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, and Full Stack Development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT recruitment (depending on role level).
- Experience in permanent staffing, contract staffing, or both is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for niche and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
