- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, and related machine shop equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults in machines.
- Attend machine breakdowns and restore production with minimum downtime.
- Carry out routine inspection and maintenance activities as per schedule.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Coordinate with production teams for effective machine availability.
Preferred candidate profile
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance.
- Robust knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience in maintaining CNC/VMC machine tools.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Ranipet.
