Essentials :
3+ Years LOA process experience with similar background
Desirable :
HR Domain certification Certification would be a plus
Successfactors Experience is a plus
Exposure to BPO industry

Roles and Responsibilities: Leave Case Management
Administer leave of absence cases FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, parental, military, bereavement, and state-specific leaves for a global wealth management workforce.
Intake, review, and adjudicate leave requests in compliance with applicable laws, client policies, and collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
Coordinate with third-party administrators (TPAs), insurance carriers, and medical providers to manage disability certifications and return-to-work documentation.
Track leave entitlements, intermittent usage, and exhaustion dates with precision across multiple concurrent cases.
Functional Competencies
Deeper understanding of the Leave of Absence administration
Strong MS Office and Excel skills
Strong command on written and verbal English language
Proficient with Business Excellence Practice
