- Manage and coordinate IVF, IUI, and fertility treatment cycles
- Perform OPU (Oocyte Pick-Up), Embryo Transfer (ET), and related fertility procedures
- End-to-end cycle monitoring and clinical decision-making as per protocols
- Ensure all investigations, procedures, and documentation are completed accurately
- Provide patient counseling, education, and treatment guidance
- Communicate laboratory results and treatment plans effectively to patients
- Participate in CMEs, patient awareness camps, RTMs, and outreach programs
- Support teaching, training, and academic activities
- Manage peripheral centres and travel to nearby locations when required
- Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care and treatment outcomes
