Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing Functional Consultant with solid expertise in manufacturing business processes and Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring and supporting production execution processes including BOM, WIP, Routings, Work Orders, Shop Floor transactions, Material Issues, Assembly Completion, ECO, and Manufacturing Execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing modules including WIP, BOM, Routing, Engineering (ECO), Inventory, and Costing.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure and maintain:
- Bills of Material (BOM)
- Routings and Resources
- Work Orders / Discrete Jobs
- Work Centers and Shop Floor processes

- Support end-to-end manufacturing execution:

- Material Issue and Backflush transactions
- Move Transactions
- Resource Transactions
- Assembly Completion and Return transactions

- Work on Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and BOM revisions.




- Analyze and resolve manufacturing transaction issues related to WIP, BOM, and Inventory.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, CRP sessions, end-user training, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, and Cost Management.
- Prepare functional specifications, setup documents, business process flows, and testing artifacts.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing

- Shop Floor Manufacturing
- Material Issue & Material Transactions
- Assembly Completion
- ECO (Engineering Change Orders)
- Manufacturing Execution Processes

- Understanding of Inventory, Cost Management, and Supply Chain integration.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and provide functional solutions.
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
